Every project is different, so there’s no one-size-fits-all price. We’ll give you a fixed quotation based on the documents you send through — small jobs start from $600 + GST. If design changes mean we need to redo work, we’ll flag the additional cost with you before proceeding.

Simply fill out the form and upload your documents along with your required return date. One of our team will come back to you within 24 hours with a fixed quotation. Once you accept and pay a 50% deposit, we get to work — you’ll receive a SharePoint link with the completed take-off, estimated hours, BOQ and clarifications. The balance is due 7 days after completion.

Standard delivery is 5 working days from a complete document set for small and medium jobs. For large construction projects, the timeframe is agreed with you upfront on a per-job basis. We’re professionals who pride ourselves on our service levels — we’d rather turn a job away than rush it and let you down.

On legal advice, we’re not able to do this. Under the Commerce Act, pricing across multiple parties on the same tender would risk being seen as anti-competitive. Instead, we provide the quantities, labour hours, clarifications and risk flags — you apply your own rates and margin, so your pricing stays yours and stays compliant.

If more than one contractor engages us on the same tender, each is served independently and confidentially — we never share your numbers or your strategy, and we never disclose who else, if anyone, has engaged us. If you want us committed to you alone on a tender, exclusivity is available at a premium — ask when you send the documents.

We run a documented QA and risk-review process on every job, but we’re still human, so we always recommend you carry out your own due diligence on the final numbers. Mistakes are rare, and when questions do come up we deal with them openly — we’re focused on building long-term relationships, not one-off jobs.
